Panas is an ancient Sardinian myth from the timeless past of the enigmatic Mediterranean island. Our interpretation of the fable uses traditional animation techniques. Every scene was drawn by hand, frame by frame, and then scanned and colored digitally. The music was recorded live on traditional Sardinian instruments. Panas was selected for the Overmountain Animation Festival, and the San Francisco Frozen Film Festival.
